Gasoline 唱的是 Abel 的虛無生活，指的是生活空虛的剩下毒品和戀人。唯有緊抱著戀人，生命才還有一點意義。撇開悲觀色彩，這首歌可是充滿了彩蛋，呼應了幾首以往的歌曲。有興趣不妨看看底頁的注解，我有為每個彩蛋附上介紹。

(1) 這裏回應Abel來自2015年的成名曲The Hills的歌詞： I only call you when it’s half-past five.
(2) 這裏是指窒息性愛，同時也回應Abel的另一首歌Take My Breath的歌詞：Take my breath away, Nobody does it better, babe, Bring me close to heaven.
(3) 「當你遠遠凝視深淵時，深淵也在凝視你。」出自德國著名哲學家尼采的經典著作《善惡的彼岸》。
(4) 這裏回應Abel的另一首歌Faith的歌詞：Light a blunt up with the flame, Put that cocaine on a plate, Molly with the purple rain, ‘Cause I lost my faith.
(5) 虛無主義主要受尼采的思想影響，簡單一點可以理解為不相信有上帝或者任何形式的死後世界，死亡等於回歸虛無。
(6) Abel的意思是這個世界沒有純粹的善意，也就是説所有人都是帶著意圖會親近身邊的人，沒有無條件的愛。
